Project Overview

A contemporary 6-storey multi-unit residential rental development on Kingsway, designed to meet Vancouver's Green Buildings Policy for Rezonings (GBPR 2019). The project delivers 36 residential units with modern amenities and sustainable design principles.

At the Building Permit stage, Eleman prepared a whole-building Life-Cycle Assessment using Athena Impact Estimator 5.4, following the City of Vancouver Embodied Carbon Guidelines. In line with GBPR 2019 Section B-6, we also quantified refrigerant emissions given installed cooling capacity >35 kW.
