Project Overview

Four-storey mixed-use development in Vancouver designed to meet the Vancouver Building By-law Zero Emissions Building Plan (ZEBP). The energy strategy combines residential PTHPs, commercial VRF, corridor RTUs, and a hybrid DHW system within an optimized envelope to achieve low-carbon performance.

Modeled in IES-VE with Vancouver CWEC weather, the project achieves TEUI ≈ 71.96 kWh/m²/yr, TEDI ≈ 17.92 kWh/m²/yr, and GHGI ≈ 1.99 kg CO2e/m²/yr (LCES pathway). Total modeled area ≈ 9,283 m².
