Project Overview

A four-storey mixed-use development with a concrete podium and wood light-frame structure. Our scope was a whole-building LCA per VBBL 2019 section 10.4 for Building Permit, including biogenic carbon reporting for transparency while using GWP excluding biogenic for compliance.

The analysis quantified material impacts across modules A–C and documented envelope assemblies typical of Part 3 wood-over-podium construction. Mechanical systems were not modeled for operational energy; only embodied carbon was assessed.
