Project Overview

A 6-storey residential development with a durable cast-in-place concrete podium and efficient wood-frame superstructure. Two underground levels provide resident parking and storage, with amenity spaces on the sixth floor.

For Occupancy Permit, Eleman delivered a whole-building LCA and refrigerant emissions analysis demonstrating GBPR 2019 Path B compliance and providing clear metrics across stages and indicators to support final approvals.
