Project Overview

A 21-storey mixed-use tower with four underground parking levels on Boundary Road. The structural design uses cast-in-place concrete for horizontal and vertical gravity systems with concrete shear walls providing lateral resistance.

Eleman completed a rezoning Life Cycle Assessment using Athena Impact Estimator, meeting GBPR 2024 by the absolute pathway (400 kg CO2e/m² benchmark) and positioning the project to meet the future 10% reduction target.
