Project Overview

West Broadway Development is a four-storey mixed-use residence designed to meet the Vancouver Building By-law ZEBP pathway. Our scope focused on whole-building Life Cycle Assessment and embodied-carbon reporting to support permit submissions and guide low-carbon material choices.

The concrete structure provides durability and seismic performance while delivering 61 residential units across four levels over a two-level underground parkade. The design combines residential and commercial uses with efficient massing and a resilient envelope, and our LCA documentation demonstrates compliance across modules A-C with clear intensity metrics.
